Our approach

Our professional approach complements the wide range of skills we bring to a project, which are backed up by the ISO 9001 quality system.

High quality project management and work practices underlie each project we undertake, as borne out by our long-term client relationships and regular word-of-mouth recommendations.

Every piece of work we undertake follows a similar model and all benefit from both our project management skills and quality system.

Clients are provided with a project plan including timescales at the beginning of the project and any pre-defined goals or milestones are noted accordingly.

As our client, you can have as much or as little involvement in the project as you desire. All we ask is that you be available if we need to speak to you, but of course you can contact us as often as you like!

The basic model for our projects is as follows:

    • Provision of Project Plan & timescales
  2. Design & Development
    • Initial draft presented
    • Constant consultation as required
    • Continuous internal testing
  3. Final Testing
    • Rigorous internal testing, conducted by technical & non-technical staff
    • Presentation of final draft for full testing by the client
  4. Project Finalisation
    • Final amendments
    • Project sign-off by the client
    • Launch as agreed with the client
