Organisation (EO) commissioned Xentica to develop a one-stop shop for e-skills workforce development, helping local authorities to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses in computing and online skills.

mini-site, hosted on the EO's main website, features an "e-skills health
check" which enables authorities to obtain targeted advice based on
their responses to a thorough questionnaire.
The site also features an interactive e-government skills map, case studies and downloadable presentations.
