Xentica were approached by the Parenting Education and Support Forum (PESF) to create a website for a pan-European project called 'Parenting in the 21st Century'.
Assisted by the Leonardo Da Vinci fund, the project aims to provide a sustainable transnational network for the exchange and development of information and materials to improve the standard of work with parents.
Designed to be user friendly and accessible, europarent.org utilises access keys and conforms to the Triple A level standard of the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 (WCAG). Further content will be uploaded to the website as the project progresses.
An Evaluation of the Project is being carried out in the early stages, and we have implemented an online questionnaire allowing visitors to provide valuable feedback about the site.
Communication between the various European partners in the project is carried out via an online forum, allowing members to upload information and documents which are then transferred to the actual website for visitors to download.
